Descriptions of engagements, rates, and timelines are informational. A separate written scope or statement of work governs each paid engagement and prevails if there is a conflict with website copy.
Intellectual property
Website content, templates, and materials created by Service Bloomhub remain our intellectual property until assigned or licensed in a signed agreement. Client data and pre-existing materials remain the client’s property.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or submit unlawful or misleading information through forms.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Service Bloomhub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. For paid engagements, liability caps and remedies are set in the applicable statement of work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any dispute clause in a signed engagement agreement.
